Lauren... the bigger picture

I was born and raised in central Illinois. I am dedicated to personal growth with BIG ambitions, like really, really big! I am an educator in my soul and always have been. I have spent the majority of my adulthood and career in education and or leadership roles and now on the greatest stage of all, as a mother to a gentleman and a little lady with the best man I could ever dream of. Teaching their little souls to Thrive is an honor and a pleasure.

I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2008 have been doing makeup and hair for weddings since 2012. I have built an INCREDIBLE team of top notch makeup artists and hairstylists that make up the Thrive Bridal Team and have the absolute pleasure of learning from them as we work side by side every weekend throughout the year.​

I am filled with sunshine and light that permeates every encounter with every client. Nothing makes me feel better than to make others feel confident. I am truly a beauty guru and would love to discuss any hair, skin, makeup, nail questions you may have. I want to ensure that my clients can recreate any look themselves and achieve any beauty goals you may have. Spending time with me will be exactly what you need to refine your look.

IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS TO ALL OF MY GUESTS, I REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT WITH ME. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE A 50% PER SERVICE FEE DOES APPLY AND WILL BE DUE BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED.
